Integrating Your ESG Efforts and Reporting Into The Business: A Four-Part Webinar Series - Part 2

Join OCEG and Workiva in this four-part webinar series for step-by-step guidance on developing, managing, and reporting on ESG efforts that align to your business objectives and integrate within your business operations. We’ll show you how to apply the Learn, Align, Perform and Review components of the OCEG GRC Capability Model to build and run an effective and efficient ESG capability customized to your needs.

ESG and overall business objectives, structures, and efforts must be aligned to achieve the desired outcomes while managing uncertainty and acting with integrity. This begins with leaders at all levels articulating the goal of Principled Performance for the ESG capability and identify ESG goals within the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Then, align and integrate the management of ESG with business objectives and operations, by evaluating current capabilities, requirements, threats to performance, and opportunities.

Learning Objectives:

  • Outline ways to set the direction for Principled Performance in ESG
  • Determine how to assess ESG requirements, capabilities, opportunities, and threats
  • Define a cohesive strategy to integrate ESG efforts within business operations and enable holistic consideration of the potential effects of a change in any ESG or business factor
  • Establish technology support objectives for execution of the ESG strategy

Presenters:

  • Grant Ostler, Industry Principal, Workiva
  • Neepa Pandya, Solution Engineer, Workiva
  • Carole Switzer - Moderator, Co-Founder & President, OCEG
