The hardest parts of process improvement are to identify your constraints in the process and ways to overcome them. This webinar will detail how to apply a universal processes framework to maximize established process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six-Sigma, and more.

By focusing on the fundamental aspects of process improvement, we can see it for what it simply is — a way to find and implement a better way.??

Learning Objectives:

  • Define process improvement
  • Understand the universal processes framework
  • Identify the constraints

Speaker:

  • Constantine Kokolis, Solutions Architect, Workiva

Constantine spends much of his time consulting with customers using Wdesk to streamline and improve business processes—specializing in process design and architecture, and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. He also has a deep understanding of and experience in project management and implementing LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
